Cancellation Policy: Purchases and Donations

1. Cancellations of product purchases shall be handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981.
   • In the event of a cancellation within 14 days of purchase, a refund will be issued, less any cancellation fees required by law.
   • The customer must return the product in its original packaging and in undamaged condition.
2. A one-time donation may be canceled within 48 hours of the donation date, subject to a written request submitted to the organization.
3. To cancel a recurring donation, a written notice must be submitted to the organization at least 14 days prior to the next billing date.

Liability

1. The organization is not liable for any damages resulting from use of the website, services offered through the website, or technical disruptions beyond its control.
2. Liability for products sold through the website is limited to what is stated in the product descriptions and the policies of external suppliers, where applicable.
